1)Q: What's your MOQ? Can I do less quantity?
A: Our MOQ is 150 pcs or sets; if below our MOQ, the price will be higher. We can not accept embroidery orders below our MOQ.
2) Q: How to make sample orders? And what's the delivery time for samples?
A: You can choose the items from our website or send your designs, after we receive your sample charges we will make the samples for you. It will take 3-7 days to finish the samples without embroidery and 10-12 days to finish the embroidery or printing samples. We will ship the samples by DHL (3-4 days to arrive at your place).
3) Q: What's your sample charge? And what's the sample shipping cost?
A: Our sample charge is USD25-30 each piece or set; if you take 3-4 samples each design each color, the price will be USD 15-20 each piece. The sample shipping cost is USD25 if the total weight is below 0.5kg by DHL. Of course we can also choose cheap way according to your needs.
4) Q: What's your order delivery time and payment term?
A: Order delivery time is 15-18 days without embroidery ; 20-25 days with embroidery.
30%-50% deposit and the balance before shipment.
Our payment is bank transfer, Western Union; if small amount payment, we can accept paypal.

A: Of course. We can accept your designs.
