Titanium, Stainless Steel and Carbon fiber watch bands, MIM products,
Apple Watch adapters.
Factory covers an area of 6000 square meters and over 200 workers. We have 10 sets CNC machines and 6 sets automatic cutting and drilling machines, 15 sets semi-automatic cutting and drilling machines, and 5 sets cutting machines, 23 sets semi-automatic drilling machines, 20 sets semi-automatic polishing, 4 sets automatic polishing, 7 sets MIM injection machines and degreasing and pre-sintering machines.
From MIM injection, stainless steel beads cutting, drilling assembling of bands, polishing of bands, all produced by our factory. More than 80% automatic production process make sure we can produce stainless steel watch bands 150,000pcs per month and Apple watch adapters 30,000pcs every day.
