Meta/para Aramid Anti-static Waterproof Anti Fire Resistant Fabric

Aramid fabric is woven from aramid yarn, including plain weave fabric , twill weave fabric , unidirectional fabric , non-woven fabric, woven roving fabric , 3D three-dimensional fabric , etc.

Due to its excellent performance, aramid fabric can replace various traditional materials, and is used in aviation, aerospace,  fire rescue, sports protection, composite materials, automobile modification, etc.

Specification:

1. Fire resistance and flame retardance: only carbonization, no dissolved droplets, and automatically extinguished within 2 seconds after leaving the open fire. The flame retardance can meet the European Union's EN479 fire protection standard.

2. Thermal performance: it can be degraded only at 482 ℃ in air, and decomposed only at 538 ℃ in nitrogen. It will not be brittle at - 196 ℃, and can be used for a long time at 300 ℃.

3. Abrasion and cutting resistance

Wear-resistant coefficient of more than 100000 times and glass fiber mixed with cutting resistance of 5 grades.

4. Chemical resistance: acid and alkali resistance, salt solution resistance, mixed chemical resistance, organic solvent resistance

5. UV resistance: When the aramid fiber is exposed to ultraviolet or artificial light for a long time, it will turn from yellow to brown, but it has no impact on the performance of the product, and can be used outdoors for 50 years

6. Mechanical properties: 5 times of steel wire under the same weight.
