Process Of Producing Bamboo Skewers
Materials:
-We do not buy raw materials because we forest the own materials area.
-To produce high-quality bamboo skewers and low prices, we chose the bamboo is from 3 years of age or older and of a thickness of rice (meat) suitable bamboo from 5-10 mm, long bamboo tube 40 to 100 cm.
-And to protect the health of customer, we don’t use chemical for producing.
Process 1: Parboil the Bamboo
When cut down and moved bamboo to the preliminary zone, we parboil bamboo in time from 90 to 120 minutes at a temperature of 92 degrees Celsius to preserve the stability of bamboo’s color, eliminate starch in bamboo to minimize the bite of insects out, allowing the preservation of better materials.
Process 2: Split the bamboo tree
Cut bamboo tubes according to the size, classify bamboo by cutting machine at the primary processing plant
Followed by stages split bamboo stick by semiautomatic machine in order to the bamboo tubes have same rules to save raw materials for producing. After the material is classified on the principles of long-short, thin thickness. Bamboo tubes will be transferred to other production processes.
Process 3: Forming the product
After shaping bamboo tubes with uniform rule, shaping process of bamboo skewers are made at the company's factory. With specialized machines and workers are trained, the middle stages of production processing is done individually, professionally.
Process 4: Make the sharp point of skewer
Sharp point of skewers are made by machine to have high uniformity. Because the product needs pointed bamboo stick to skewer the meat but not be too sharp can be dangerous for the user.
Process 5: Choose and packing
Skewers will be choosed by hand to remove the bad one. In each poly bag contains 500 piece and the poly bad is pack into cartons. Beside, the packing will be for customers.
Process 6: Arrange the finished product to warehouse
Complete the production stage, this is the last stage to the warehouse, waiting for orders to customers.
