Mixing & Sizing: Lexus structural adhesive is a two-component, easy-to-use type cartridge, small and large barrels of three kinds of packaging. The main agent and the curing agent are fully mixed through a mixing nozzle with a fixed mixing ratio and then extruded with a manual or pneumatic glue gun. It is recommended to use a pneumatic glue gun, which provides more stable pressure and mixing than manual methods. For the workpiece, it is recommended to use automatic metering/mixing dispensing machine to apply glue. This equipment is specially designed for Plexus structural adhesive. It is more economical and durable than-& GT; volume/mixing equipment. All mixing equipment should be made of stainless steel, aluminum, Teflon or PE material. No fillers or pumps should be made of copper or copper alloy. Use Teflon, teflon-coated PVC, pepp, no Viton, butadiene rubber, neoprene or other elastomers for sealing rings.
