Circular Lifting Magnet can handle tones of scrap continuously throughout the day. they can lift steel more quickly and conveniently than any other mechanical device. Suitable for transferring cast ingots, steel balls, metal and steel scraps.
Features:
1, the use of fully closed structure, good moisture-proof performance.
2, through the computer optimization design, reasonable structure, absorption ratio, low energy consumption.
3. The special process of the excitation coil improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil, and the heat-resistant grade of the insulation material reaches grade C, with a long service life.
4. Different structures and parameters are adopted for different absorbent conditions, which can widely meet the needs of users.
5, high temperature electromagnet with a unique way of heat insulation, the absorbed temperature from the past 600℃ to 700℃, expanding the scope of application of electromagnet.
6. Simple installation, operation and maintenance.
Considerations for type selection:
1. When the temperature of the suction and transport materials is lower than 100℃, please choose the normal temperature type; when the temperature exceeds 100℃, please choose the high temperature type.Please specify above 600℃.
2. Please choose high frequency when the power supply duration exceeds 60%.
3. Please choose submersible type (submersible depth is less than 100 meters) for water suction and hoisting materials. The parameters of submersible type electromagnet are the same as that of normal temperature type.If the user needs the diving type, please specify when ordering.
4. Supporting equipment;When a single unit is used, the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment are selected according to the consumed power (current). When multiple units are used together, the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment are selected according to the sum of the consumed power (current) of the number of connected units.

Precautions for use:

2. Pay attention to the surroundings before lifting, and do not pass over the equipment and personnel
3. Check whether the rated current is reached before lifting.
4. Before lifting, pay attention to check whether there are non-conductive magnetic items between the lifting object and the lifting electromagnetic chuck to avoid affecting the lifting height
5, the lifting electromagnetic suction must be placed on the top of the sucked items, and then electrified, so as not to appear small iron cutting
6, when landing must pay attention to observe the surrounding environment, pay attention to safety.
