2. After customer confirms the samples, make mass tooling and mass production will be carried out.

Silicone Rubber
Good elasticity, ozone resistance, weather resistance, widely used in sealing gaskets needed in thermal mechanism, such as sealing

EPDM Rubber
It has excellent resistance to heat, aging, ozone and good stability, and good corrosion resistance to strong acid, strong alkali, salt and chloride solution, but not recommended for food use or exposure to aromatic hydrogen.
Nutrile Rubber(NBR)
one of the most common rubbers for oil seals and O-rings. It has excellent resistance to oil,water, solvent and high pressure and good compressibility, abrasion resistance and elongation.
Natural Rubber(NR)
Good wear resistance, high elasticity, breaking strength and elongation. It is easy to age in air, sticky when heated, easy to expand and dissolve in mineral oil and gasoline, alkali-resistant but not strong acid-resistant. It is not heat-resistant and oil-resistant (it can be resistant to vegetable oil). Widely used in rubber band, rubber hoses and rubber shoes,etc
Chloroprene Rubber(CR)
Good elasticity, abrasion-resistant and weather-resistant, not afraid of direct sunlight. It has good corrosion resistance to commercial oil and fuel, but poor corrosion resistance to aromatic hydrocarbon in strong oxidizing acid.
Styrene-butadiene rubber
Compared with NR, low-cost, better resistance to wear and aging, but the mechanical strength is weak and can be blended with natural rubber. It is not recommended to use in strong acids, ozone, oils, fats and hydrocarbons. Widely used in tire , shoe , cloth and conveyor belt.
