Introdcution of Beer Keg Washing Machine|Keg cleaner/rinser :
Automatic Beer Keg Washing Machine is designed for the washing and sterilizing work of all kinds of beer refreshing containers (including stainless steel keg and plastic beer keg). And this machine can do the works washing, sterilizing and CO2 pressure preparing automatically.
The control unit of this machine uses the PLC of Siemens to control the whole process. All of the controls parameters (time value) can be adjusted when it is running. Clients can adjust time parameter according to different needs.
Working Procedure of Beer Keg Washing Machine|Keg cleaner/rinser :
Load the keg → start (cylinder pressing tightly) → air blowing (draining residue) → scoured by clean water → air blowing (draining water) → extracting tube scoured by lye → air blowing → scoured by lye → air blowing (circulation of lye) → scoured by clean water → air blowing (draining water) → steam blowing → CO2 blowing → scoured by sterile water → CO2blowing → prepare CO2 pressure → reset the cylinder → unload the keg.
