Total Sulphur Content Analyzer for Coal
This instrument is designed based on the principle of Coulomb titration in the national standard. The entire testing process is automatically controlled by a microcomputer, and the test data is subjected to various corrections and processing by the microcomputer. The digital display shows the percentage of sulfur in coal, and the measurement results are printed. Compared with the currently used Escar gravimetric analysis method and high-temperature combustion neutralization method, this method has the advantages of rapid measurement and accurate results.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
1. Measurement range of sulfur: 0.1-50%.
2. Sample combustion analysis time: 3-5 minutes, with a residence time of about 45 seconds at 700 °C and 2-4 minutes at 1050 °C. The titration endpoint is automatically determined. 3. Temperature control: Ensure accuracy level 1.0 in the high temperature range of 0-1100 °C, with an external WRP (i.e. S-value) platinum rhodium 10 platinum thermocouple; The heating element is a silicon carbon tube, with a high temperature zone length of ≥ 90 millimeters and a temperature of 1150 °C± 5 °C (adjustable as needed). When selecting a silicon carbon tube, the optimal value is 10 Ω. Heating rate: 25-30 °C/min, can rise to 1050 °C within ≤ 30 minutes. 4. Electrolytic cell: with a volume of 400 milliliters, an electrolytic platinum electrode area of 1cm x 1.5cm, and an indicated platinum electrode area of 0.5 x 1cm. 5. Stability of the instrument: After 5 minutes of startup, the instrument enters a stable state. |
