Our products have UL, CE, RoHS, UKCA ERP certificates.
Do Kingunion offer free samples, and what's the MOQ?
No free samples, MOQ varies depending on the product.
What is Kingunion company's warranty policy?
We have a 3 or 5 years warranty for different products. During the warranty period, if customers have the proof showing product quality issue and certified by our engineers, we will request customers to ship back the failure parts and replace new items with free shipping
Do Kingunion provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes, We have gained a lot of experience on OEM and ODM of LED strip lights. We have an experienced R&D team of 25+ members. We will strictly follow the principle that we won’t disclose or sell customer’s unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.

Usually, we ship orders in 2 weeks. But it will take a little longer if we have the heavy burden of production tasks. It also
takes more time for customized products.

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

For small orders, generally less than US$200, you can pay through PayPal. But for bulk orders, we only accept 30% T/T advance and 70% T/T before shipment.
