Product Description
Yarn Air Splicer
The air splicer uses compressed air jet to untwist the yarn head to be spliced in the untwisting tube, with the fibers extending parallel. Then, the two yarn heads enter the blowing and twisting tube and overlap in the opposite direction, with the fibers doped with each other. The high-speed air swirling flow blows from the middle of the blowing and twisting tube towards the ends of the tube, twisting and connecting them. The rotation direction of the rotating airflow should be consistent with the twisting direction of the yarn. The air splicer can be used for splicing various single and stranded fibers, with different compressed air pressures used for different yarns. Some air splicers use heated or humidified air to splice certain fibers, which is beneficial for improving splicing strength and appearance.
