1. Generally four wood block making machine are a production line , must provide the dryer, the gluing machine, grinder each. (dryer, gluing machine, grinder and so on supporting facility customer buys in addition).
2. Personnel disposition: Production personnels 4-5 person per shift. And raw material sort (screening), drying, spreads 2-3 people, looked that machine 2 people (a person may look at two machines).
3. Production cycle: After confirmation order form and payment advanced payment, 40 super craftmanship factory delivery.
4. Equipment investment recoupment period: 10— 12 months.
Our factory is responsible for the technical training, and provides the consummation the post-sale service.
I. Short time abroad service: 10-30 days, one person. The buyer should pay for the round air fare, food and accommodation. The service is 60usd/day, and including: the machine’s fixing, debugging, operating, maintaining and people’s training.
