Introduction of 812 Web Diameter Automatic Tension Controller System
KTC-812 Roll Diameter Tension Controller can measure the change of coiled material’s radius by the encoder and proximity switch. It can adjust the output value of tension automatically and control the constant and taper tension. Aiming at the features of nonlinearity when magnetic power brake/clutch is at the low torque, KTC812 has the function of torque compensation and makes the curve more flat. System structure is simple and practical. It is stable and reliable and used for coiled material’s collect/release control.
