Regarding our drying equipments, we have two series:
- Air-flow type dryer / Flash dryer. It is main suitable to drying the small and light wet materials, such as: sawdust, rice husk ect.

Drum type dryer / Cylinder dryer.
It is main used to drying with high output capacity, it suit to almost all wet materials, such as: sawdust, rice husk, wood chips, wood shavings, grain, ect.

Air flow type dryer also knows as flash dryer, it is applied for the solid raw material which has flow ability. We have the special design for drying wet moisture fiber raw material saw dust .Application Initial moisture below 50%. The whole saw dust drying machine is consists of Hot wind Stove ,Material feeder ,Drying Pipe .Drying Cyclone. Cyclone separator, Fan ,Control system,This saw dust drying system could drying the damp saw dust into optimal moisture 8-14% for making wood briquette and wood pellet production .

-- The introduction of our drum type sawdust dryer / sawdust drum dryer :
Sawdust rotary dryer is applicable for various biomass, such as forage, grain, wood chips, chicken manure, etc. The heating medium doesn’t touch the materials directly.Inside the rotating cylinder, there is a concentric cylinder in which materials move forward. Flue gas enters the annular space between the shell and wall of inside cylinder, then enters the concentric cylinder through connecting pipe. Also, there is a different trend of flue gas. The concentric cylinder is first, then the annular space where materials go forward. To discharge the moisture released from the materials, moderate air draught by fan is necessary. However, the amount would be greatly less compared with the direct dryer. Because the air speed is slow (generally 0.3-0.7m/s), exhaust gas brings litter dust. Gas solid separation equipment is barely needed. On many occasion, we can also adopt natural ventilation to exhaust the moisture.
