5. Configuration

a) Vacuum egg lifter

First, Eggs are sucked onto the roller of egg load ing unit by a vacuum egg lifter ( 5 * 6 = 30 eggs each suck). The vacuum egg lifter is sucked by a motor but lift up and down by hand, that helps workers to load eggs onto the egg machine more easily.

b) Candling

Candler with LED light will help operators to check whether there is any damage on the eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand .

Remarks: candling function is included in conveyor section.

c) Cleaning

There are 3 parts of s pecially designed brush in this type of egg cleaning machine, eggs will be washed by brushes with warm water.

d) Drying

Water on the eggs shell will be swiped off by the brush, and at the same time eggs will be dried by strong heated wind generated by drying fan.

e) Electronic egg grader

E ggs will enter the weighing part of the electronic egg grader . A digital, dynamic, stable egg scale weighs each egg with a readout of 1 gram. The scale is mounted under the egg for maximum stability, observation and ease of cleaning. Calibrating the 1 weighing scale can be done within minutes , separate eggs into 6 grades. Eggs of different weight fall down onto to different part s of the electronic egg grader.

f) Egg candler

At sixth days after egg hatches, use the Egg candler light irradiate on egg, fertilized egg shows blood red Lines inside.
