F9867A anti-scaling super-concentrated wiper essence is a "self-mixing" car windshield cleaning product, which is a room temperature type concentrated car windshield cleaner, and consumers can use tap water to prepare their own high-quality glass water, with strong cleaning effect, low cost of use, easy to carry, and fun. Traditional car windshield water is prepared by additives and pure water. The purpose of using pure water is to prevent clogging of the nozzles due to the production of water alkali, and a biocide must be added to avoid microbial growth that can clog the nozzles. In view of this, there is a real need to develop a new concentrated windscreen washer, which can effectively reduce the packaging and transportation costs of the product, as well as cater to consumers' "sense of novelty" and provide them with the possibility to formulate their own glass water with different freezing points.
In order to avoid calcium/magnesium carbonate precipitation forming alkali and clogging the nozzles, traditional windshield water must be produced with pure water. The "self-mixing" windshield washer product must be hard water resistant because it needs to be blended with tap water, i.e. the tap water must be treated so that no alkali is formed.
