A: Yes, we are a professional manufacturer, we have our own factory .

A: For items if in stock, we can send out goods to you within 48 hours. For items not in stock, we need about 6-20 days to make it depend on your order quantity.

We usually need 7-20days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.

A: Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually replace itin next shipment.
