High purity gold will be easy to get correct results, and tolerance is <0.1%; but for low purity gold, not all companies’ gold analyzer can get correct results, and a good analyzer’s tolerance is <0.5%.5. Fire Assay: Accurate, but it is slow and the process is complicated. Just as it’s complicated, different operator will get different results for the same samples, so for high purity gold, tolerance is < 0.1%; for low purity gold, tolerance is < 0.5%.From the above introducing, you can choose different analysis methods based on your application.
