Step 1 : detecting objects
Such as: a construction site, 15# pile, pile length 12m, pile diameter 0.6m, concrete grade
C25, concrete pouring pile, friction pile, pile bottom is silty clay.
Step 2: Prepare for work
The pile head to be tested is cut off from the floating pulp or the loose and broken parts to
expose the fresh concrete, so that the material, strength and section size of the pile head
should be basically equal to the pile body. The tapping point and the sensor installation point
are smoothed and the pile head Clean and dry, no breakage. The floating slurry and its
debris are removed from the surface of the pile head, and two small flat surfaces are
polished on the pile head for placing the sensor and the hammer stroke to ensure that the
coupling point of the sensor and the hammer point of the hammer are clean, smooth and
hard.
Step 3 : instrument connection
Connect the sensor and WIFI antenna to the instrument.
