A: Manual: only be operated in the downstairs, can not be operated in the upstairs. Auto: can be operated both in upstairs and downstairs by using remote control. Ladder can be manually operated when power outage occured. Q: What is the difference between titanium magnesium alloy and carbon steel? A: Titanium magnesium alloy is more lighter weight, heavier loading and easier to operate compared to carbon steel. Q: What is the life time of your ladder? A: Generally its life time is about 30 years for the use of storage under the circumstances of low using frequency. If in the case of daily use in the bedroom, it could be 5-15 years.
