The Skippy model is a kayak with an adult seat and a child seat: how many times have you wanted to go kayaking with your children, but single-seater kayaks won't let you?
Now with Skippy it is possible without having to buy a 2-seater kayak!
The skippy was designed for maximum stability, thanks to a low seat and a center of gravity below the waterline; this feature favors stability, use and handling.
Going on the Skippy is very easy: it is immediately clear how to handle the canoe and paddle, in fact you don't need to have previous experience to use it both at sea and in lakes.
Furthermore, the built-in backrest allows you to use the kayak even without a seat, this stylistic solution has made it possible to obtain a back seat (not paddling).
The skippy is equipped with 6 built-in handles, of which the two at the back also act as a handle for the child who sails with his back to the parent.
Stylistically studied with many ribs to increase rigidity and having a very low weight of only 18 kg, the Skippy can be carried like a suitcase with the central internal handle.
The Big Mama designer took care of many stylistic details, mixing edges and curves, alternating sandblasted parts with shiny parts.
The Big Mama logo in 3D and the made in Italy writing, which distinguish products made in Italy, are clearly visible from the side and under the bow elastic.
The Skippy features a fast and streamlined hull, with a "trimaran" style keel to keep the canoe on course.
The skippy is suitable for people from 145 cm up to 200 cm in height, thanks to the large legroom and the integrated toe clips of various sizes.
Safety first, the skippy is a sit on top kayak with 3 emptying holes, which can be considered "unsinkable", with a watertight hull and completely monocoque, i.e. without welds. These features are synonymous with reliability and durability.
The standard paddle holder completes the skippy equipment.
