Anti Rust Marine acrylic paint is suitable for protecting and decorating the surface of various steel structures such as power plants, metallurgical plants, chemical plants, bridges, steel gates, and ships above the water area, as well as the surface of concrete structures, and all kinds of traffic vehicles, construction machinery, advanced equipment and other objects whose surface requires high-end decoration, especially suitable for outdoor use.

Preparation and Application

1. Make sure all surfaces must be clean, dry and free from wax, grease,oil etc.
2. Stir well before use.
3. Make sure the first coat becomes dry completely before re - coating.
4. If the paint is used on metal surface, primer is necessary.

Surface treatment: Appropriate primer should be applied before painting, anti-rust primer should be applied to the surface of steel plate, and the surface of concrete should not have strong alkalinity, PH<10, and oily sealing primer should be applied first At the same time, the coated surface must be dry, clean, free of oil and other attachments. Please consult for special surface treatment.

Recommended paint matching:

Primer: primer once, 0.2kg/square meter for reference;

Topcoat: acrylic topcoat twice, only for reference, dosage 0.2kg/square meter (flat coating), 0.33kg/square meter (relief )

Construction method: solid color paint without air spraying, brushing, rolling or ordinary spraying

Attention:

1. Before construction, read the instructions for use;
2. Before use, adjust the paint and thinner according to the required ratio, mix as much as you want, and use after stirring evenly;
3. The construction process should be kept dry and clean, and it is strictly forbidden to contact with water, acid, alcohol, alkali, etc.; the packaging barrel must be tightly covered after painting to avoid gelation;
4. During construction and drying, the relative humidity should not be greater than 85%.
