We have a 1500 spindle Chenille spinning machine (with a capacity of 30 tons of Chenille yarn per day), 5 tufting machines (including 1 Chenille fancy needle shifting
machine), a sponge factory, and 10 paint jars. In addition, the finished product workshop is equipped with TPR compounding machine, glue compounding machine, flame compounding machine, hot melt adhesive compounding machine and automatic cutting bed and other equipment. The average monthly production capacity can reach
200,000-300,000 square meters. Such a complete industrial chain structure can reduce losses, improve efficiency, and better control costs and quality.
Q1: I’m wondering if you accept small orders?
A1: In order to provide convenience to our customers, we prepared some stocks for you, so that you
can place orders freely at any time.
Q2: Are you a factory or trading company?
A2: We are a factory, we bought 26,000 square meters of the factory. From the microfiberraw materials
to the finished carpet, are made and processed by ourselves, which saves a lot of costs, so as long as
the quantity is large, our price is very advantageous!
Q3: What’s your production capacity?
A3: Our production capacity is 300 000 square meter/months, almost everyday load 1 container,
that’s why for some small orders, we really do not have so much energy to schedule production,
unless there are mats in stock can be shipped directly.
Q4: What's your payment terms ?
A4: By T/T, West Union, 30% deposit in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
Q5: Are your mats non-slip?
A5: Yes our mats are non-slip. For anti-slip backing, we have 3 kinds options, Hot melt glue, PVC,
TPR. The anti-slip property of our floor mat normally can meet your daily anti-slip needs . If you have
special anti-slip requirements, you can also buy some anti-slip suction cups or anti-slip stickers
in the market.
However, as everyone's floor is different, so the anti-slip effect is different.
Q6: What are your advantages? Why should we choose you?

Q7: Are your rugs machine dryable?
A7: For hot melt glue backing chenille rugs are machine-washable and drum-dryer.However, PVC
bottom and TPR bottom are recommended to be cleaned with vacuum cleaners and dry cleaners,
so that the using life can be longer.
Q8: How can you guarantee quality?
A8: Before the production of bulk orders, we will send samples for confirmation, and then produce bulk
orders strictly according to the samples. We have quite strict QC services, if quality is not good, we
can‘t survive for 11 years, we also produced for many big customers in domestic China and other
countries.Don’t worry!
Q9: Where is your factory?
A9: Our factory is located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. It only takes half an hour to
drive from our factory to Yiwu. It is very close to the highway intersection and there are many kinds of
factories nearby. For the port we are nearby Shanghai and Ningbo.
Q10: How long can I get samples?
A10: For existing samples, will be sent out within 1-2 days. But for customized samples takes
about 2-3 weeks.
Q11: Do you attend any shows/fairs?
A11: Yes We used to send our employees to the show every year, including the Guangzhou spring and
Autumn Fair, Shanghai fair etc. But now most customers buy from internet, that’s why we have
Alibaba shop here waiting for you.
Q12: What are your carpet sizes?
A12: We can customize the mats shape and size according to customer requirements, as long as the
width is not more than 2 meters and not too heavy for workers to move.

2）If need to custom new samples, it will be charged,and then refund to you when bulk order
