MS adhesive
MS adhesive is the abbreviation of silane modified polyether adhesive, mainly based on MS polymer polymer, with fillers, plasticizers and other functional additives made of one component or two component elastic sealant, is a new generation of building sealant developed after silicone adhesive (SR), polyurethane adhesive (PU).

The main raw materials of MS adhesive include: terminal alkyl polyether (MS prepolymer), plasticizer (dioctyl phthalate, referred to as DOP; Dibenzyl phthalate, abbreviated DCP; Dibutyl phthalate, referred to as DBP, etc.), fumed white carbon black, silane coupling agent, catalyst, silane coupling agent, anti-aging additives, water removal agent, etc.
Mainly used in construction engineering and decoration of bonding, caulking, joint, sealing, waterproof, reinforcing and other fields.
The surface of ordinary silicone sealant can not be painted, and can only be adjusted to the color required by the user according to the needs of the user; The silane modified polyether adhesive can be painted and painted, and has good coating property.
MS adhesive can be completely done without adding any organic solvent, and its total volatile organic matter (VOC) is very low.
When MS adhesive is cured at room temperature and humidity, it forms a network structure connected by flexible polyether long chain with Si-O-Si bond as the crosslinking point. This system not only has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, aging resistance and durability, but also can effectively inhibit and avoid surface cracks after long-term use of sealant
