Universal efficacy
1. The all-round frame-type wall scraping paddle adopts a frequency converter to adjust the speed, which
reduces the formation of bubbles when the temperature is low and the consistency is high. High-quality products with different processes can be produced according to customer requirements.
2. The high-speed shearing homogenizer can strongly mix insoluble materials such as solid and liquid raw materials at 2880 revolutions per minute, which saves energy consumption and greatly shortens the production cycle.
3. The material can be heated or cooled according to the process requirements, and the heating method can be steam or electric heating according to the customer's requirements.
4. The pot body is composed of three layers of stainless steel plates welded, and the tank body and pipes are mirror polished, which fully meets the requirements of GMP.
5. The material is SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and the tank and pipes are mirror polished.
6. Optional vacuum pump for vacuum bubbling (optional).
7. The stainless steel electric control cabinet can comprehensively monitor the operation of the equipment, and can display data such as temperature, stirring speed, and emulsification time.
8. It is convenient to discharge the material,which can be directly discharged or equipped with a conveying pump.
9. The discharge port to the ground can be made according to customer needs.
