Product Description
Vermiculite is a natural, inorganic, non-toxic mineral that expands under high temperature conditions. It is a relatively rare mineral belonging to silicates. Its crystal structure is a monoclinic crystal system, which looks very similar to mica from its appearance. Vermiculite is produced by the hydration of certain granite. It is generally produced simultaneously with asbestos. Due to its ion exchange ability, vermiculite has a great impact on soil nutrition.
