Q1. What’s the sample’s lead time and sample cost?
For your own design:
Samples charge is according to actual cost, and it is refundable after your order released.
For our existing samples:
1. Unit Price less than USD$2.00: FREE
2. Unit Price more than USD$2.00: Not FREE.
Q2. What’s the delivery time?
It depends the quantity ordered. For small quantity, we have stock for immediate dispatching.
For more than 2000pcs, It usually takes about 25-30days to produce an order after we received the deposit. But the exact delivery time might be different for orders.
Q3. Can we order small quantity?
Of course. Small quantity change into big one, so we hope we can give us a chance, reach a win-win goal in the end.
Q4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. We pay much attention to the quality check, we have QC in every production line. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it’s packed for shipment.
Q5. What certificates do you have?
Our products have been tested by CE and ROHS standards which is complied with the European Directive. If there are other certification requirements, we can also do the test, but the cost is extra.
Q6. Do you have any sales service?
Yes, we do 1 year warranty for any of our products. We keep promise we do fully refund or reissue for the defective products.
Q7. What about the payment?
We accept T/T, L/C for the large quantities order, and Western Union and Paypal will be acceptable for the small quantities order.
