Product Description
Summary
1. Fast mold closing, adjustable low-pressure safety mold lock, equipped with infrared protection function, touching infrared automatically pauses to protect the personal safety of workers.
2. Double button start mode: both hands must press and hold the start button at the same time to close the mold (both hands press the start button, so that both hands are in the start button position not under the mold), ensuring the personal safety of workers.
3. More suitable for precision plastic parts molding: multi-stage temperature control, multi-stage injection pressure, injection speed, back pressure multi-stage adjustable.
4. Easy to take out the finished product: with enough opening stroke, the lower mold is fixed/upper mold is up and down movable type, which has good positioning for the molded insert in the mold. The finished products have hydraulic ejector device, so it is very convenient and easy to take out the finished products.
