Product Description
The hot air gun is mainly a tool for welding and extracting components by using the hot air blown from the core of the heating resistance wire. According to the working principle of the hot air gun, the main part of the hot air gun control circuit should include a temperature signal amplification circuit, a comparison circuit, a thyristor control circuit, a sensor, a wind control circuit, etc. In addition, in order to improve the overall performance of the circuit, some auxiliary circuits should also be provided, such as a temperature display circuit, a shutdown delay circuit, and a zero-crossing detection circuit. The temperature display circuit is set to facilitate temperature adjustment. The temperature displayed by the temperature display circuit is the actual temperature of the circuit. Workers can manually adjust the temperature displayed on the display during operation.
