A: For regular items, the delivery time is typically 5-15 days.

A: If you do not receive your parcel on time, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking it for you. If you receive a damaged parcel or any broken/lost products, please take photos, refuse to sign for it, and send the photos to us. We will contact the express company for a claim and provide free replacements if necessary.
