DCS-50B comes with touch screen technology, character interface, powerful product monitoring and automatically conveyer raising and dropping, bags sewing, thread cutting, alarm, code printing.

1.Three sensors, greatly improve stability and anti-interference ability provide high speed and high precision on weighing and packing. If 10kg/bag,900 bags can be packed per hour: if 2.5kg/bag, 1200bags can be packed per hour. The minimum division value is 2 grams only, the slight weighing error help you save cost.
2. PLC dual-core controller+weighing controller, colorful touch screen and intelligent adaptive, varieties of packing setting and bags quantitty record function, provide you scientific and reasonable control.
3.Fully automatically sewing and string cutting, convryer lifting and droping, print inspection, qualified, grade and production date on the bags, all bring you convenient operation and perfect experience on production and management.
4. Production reports, including production quantity, production rate,etc. can be printed out as records. help to control your production plan.
