1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a trading company with our own factories.
2. Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: Our normal MOQ is 100pcs per design per color with mixed sizes. We also can make it less than our normal MOQ, but the price will be adjusted accordingly. And we are glad to custom made samples for you to test the quality before bulk order.
3. Q: Do you make Private label products? Do you have designer?
A:Yes, we do private label products and the OEM service.Our design team can make the design according to your idea and free of charge.
4. Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: Our Sample fee is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. Sample lead time is about 10~15 days.
5. Q: What’s the production lead time?
A: Our products lead time is about 20~30 days after the details confirmed and deposit received.
6.Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, Paypal, or Credit card, e-Checking through Alibaba Trade assurance
7.Q: The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper?
A: When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper, please kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if u think it is too expensive, you can use your own shipping company, it is ok for us.
