Beta Glucanase is produced by deep submerged fermentation. It can effectively catalyze the breakdown of beta-glucan in plant feed materials, improve the utilization of energy, crude protein, amino acid and other nutrition of feed stuff.

Working Condition:

PH: 4.0~5.5, best 4.8, Temperature: 40~60℃, best 50℃.

Add Amount Advice:

1. The recommended dosage in beer saccharification production is 0.02-0.05% of the dry weight of malt.

2. The initial addition amount in the malt production plant is 0.02% of the dry weight of malt.

1. Reduce the viscosity of the wort, increase the filtration speed and the clarity of the wort.

2. Improve the saccharification production capacity and promote the increase of fermentable products.

3. Improve the colloidal stability of beer and eliminate cold turbidity caused by β-glucan.
