1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually If we have stocks, MOQ is only1 box . we understand you need test our goods on market furst , so we will do our best to support on small MOQ. If you have customized requirement about the goods , MOQ usually is 1000 pcs.
2.Can I get samples?
Less than 5usd , we can offer you free sample . Shipping charge shoud been paid by buyer .More than 5usd, please kindly pay sample cost and shipping charge . but all the sample cost can been refuned to you if you haveforml order in future . About the sample shippment :we can ship to you by express , ship to your agent in China or you ask express come to pick up the sample .
3.How long is the sample lead time?
Our normal goods samples, it takes 1-3 days.
Custom designs, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 5-20 days based on your quantity and requirement . We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.
6. How to control the quality ?

7.What is your payment terms?
L/C , TT, Westeron union , Money Gram ;
Less than 1000 usd , please kindly pay 100% full payment ;
