100% polyester textile fabric without any printing coating on surface,Breathable coating and self- adhesive Hot Melt on the background,100% breathable after installation.

Process:
Different with the other suppliers,our printing process is dye sublimation heat transfer printing.Either ECO-Solvent or UV-Curable printing,they all print the color on the coating layer of the fabric directly,this means the solvent of the ink will be printed on the fabric also and it will be remained on the fabric for a long time,so you will find that it has an obnoxious smell if the fabric was printed by these two process.Differently,we printed it on the transfer paper first and then transfer the color from the paper to the fabric with a transfer machine.Under high temperature and pressure,the dye of the ink will be sublimated and be accepted by the faric,that means it will has only the color(dye of the ink) be remained on the fabric without any solvent,So it will has no any smell after printing finished.Really 100% ECO-friendly.
