Product Description

This product is an advanced water-based fattened polyurethane in-mold paint . It has the advantages of yellow resistance, high elasticity, abrasion resistance, and excellent tortuousness, tasteless and environmentally friendly, low VOC residues, the using method and process are same as the solvent in-mold paint. It is suitable for polyurethane products such as self-skin and high resilience PU products. This product has excellent resistance to alcohol, gasoline and other chemicals.

P U in-mold paint is used for coloring, decoration, and protective paint lacquer series for polyurethane application products . This series of products is suitable for spraying in-mold, and injection molding process. It can make the color paint product and polyurethane material organically combined. Therefore, the yellow change of the foam is effectively blocked; the surface wear resistance of the foam material is improved; At the same time, the application process of this product can make the molding product truly reproduce the mold pattern and improve the expression of the product's appearance. Due to the use of the in-mold spraying process, the shortcomings such as excess spray, post -treatment, and adhesion caused by traditional spraying are avoided, which greatly improves product quality, shorten production technology, improves production efficiency, and reduces production costs.

This series of products can be prepared according to the special needs of customer resistance to UV resistance, friction resistance, alcohol resistance and color effects.

Us e Method :

1. The mold temperature is controlled between 40-60 ° C;

2. Spray the mold evenly in the mold and wipe it with cotton cloth;

3. Press the internal paint of the water-based polyurethane in the lacquer+curing agent = 100+10 and evenly spray the position of the mold;

4. After mold surface paint is dry, pour the PU system into the mold, close the mold, and shake the mold evenly.

Tips :

1. This product is a direct injection type. Please stir evenly before use.

2. When using the internal paint, it should maintain a good ventilation environment.

3. It is recommended to do a small cup test before mass production, and pay attention to the choice of molding agent.

*Please use the mixture of the paint and curing agent within 4 hours, and clean the spray gun and other tools.
