Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, tyres are packed by colorful plastic papers or nude in view of being environment-friendly. Alternatively, if you want to put your own logo, we can discuss further depending on order volume.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: 1. Normally 30% T/T with order, and balance prior to shipment. Balance is to be paid only after customers are sure of the shipping preparations presented by real pics and videos of the tyres.
2. For some unique markets, L/C is also acceptable.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 20 days upon receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the order content and our whole production plan.

Q5. Can you customize the tyre?
A: Yes, we offer customization based on order volume and regularity.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready tyres in stock, but the customers have to pay for the sample tyre and courier cost.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, every singe tyre must be tested and examined carefully including Appearance and Uniformity test, X-Ray test, Dynamic test conducted by world class equipment from Germany and USA, only the zero defect tyres are allowed to be shipped.
