One Step Cassette Style HbsAg test is a rapid direct binding test for the visual detection of hepatitis B antigen (HBsAg) as an aid in the diagnosis of hepatitis B infection.This one step test is very sensitive and only takes about 15-20 minutes. Test results are read visually without any instrument.

1. When you are ready to begin testing, open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch. Remove the test device from the pouch.
2. Immerse the strip into the urine with the arrow end pointing towards the urine. Do not immerse passed the MAX(maximum) line. Take the strip out after 3 seconds and lay the strip flat on a clean, dry, nonabsorbent surface
3. Wait for 15-20 minutes and read results. Do not read results after 30 minutes.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Negative: Only one colored band appears on the control (C) region. No apparent band on the test (T) region.
Positive: In addition to a pink colored control (C) band, a distinct pink colored band will also appear in the test (T) region.
Invalid: A total absence of color in both regions is an indication of procedure error and/or the test reagent has deteriorated.
