High frequency machine is a kind of plastic and plastic welding equipment. The principle is that the high-frequency oscillating tube emits high-frequency electromagnetic waves in the oscillating barrel, and transmits them to the upper and lower electrodes of the machine through a dedicated circuit to generate a high-frequency electromagnetic field, which is made of PVC material to generate heat. When the heat energy reaches the melting point of the plastic product, the welding and fusing process will be carried out. The welding temperature is uniform inside and outside, and the heating speed and temperature are also controllable.

Features of ultrasonic plastic welding machine:
1). Power output is strong, the frequency generated by the local oscillator is 27.12MHZ or 40.68MHz, in line with international power frequency standards, the special electronic circuits of various control devices can avoid improper operation, can quickly integrate products, and improve product output.
2). The high-sensitivity spark protection device can automatically cut off the high-cycle circuit when sparks are generated, thereby reducing damage to mechanical parts and objects. When the current is too high, the high-voltage oscillator tube and rectifier can be automatically cut off.
