1. ASNU clutch is a roller/star wheel clutch (ramp&roller), without bearing support inside. Need to match the bearing during installation To withstand axial and radial forces.
2. The nominal outer diameter of the ASNU clutch is the same as the 63 deep groove ball bearing.
3. The outer ring of ASNU clutch has n6 tolerance, so that it is easy to press into the bearing hole of H7 tolerance.
4. On both sides of the ASNU clutch outer ring, there are additional grooves to enable it to transmit torque more effectively.
5. If the tolerance grade of the bearing hole is K6, it is not necessary to use the groove, but please ensure that the bearing hole has sufficient strength and does not expand after installation.
6. The acceptable coaxiality of the inner and outer rings of this type of structure is ±s/2.
About lubrication:
1. The ASNU clutch needs to be lubricated and sealed when in use.
2. The ASNU clutch has been immersed in oil at the time of shipment, but the lubricating oil must be added to the necessary level before use
