For HOT USAGE:
ACTIVATE:
Place the Heat Pad between forefinger and thumb,just click the metal
disc inside the pad,then the magic heat pad will give the instant heat up
to approximately 50-57degree.
RECHARGE:
Place the heat pad in boiling water with cloth below for about15minutes
or until all the crystal is dissolved.If you still see some crystals in the pad
after you boil it, boil the pad for a few more minutes to dissolve them.
If ALL the crystals are not dissolved,the pad will self-activate as it cools.
