Ultra-Faster Charging

DJS lithium-ion forklifts take 2 hours to fully charge compared to charging ，

a lead-acid battery truck for 8-10 hours and allowing it to cool down for another 8-10 hours. The lithium-ion technology also allows for the trucks to run in three-shift environments thanks to opportunity charging. This allows the end-user to continuously run the forklifts for three shifts if they charge the battery during their breaks.

The only way a lead-acid truck is able to run three shifts is by having three batteries and switching
them out between shifts

RELAY BMS

The battery management system that DJS uses with the lithium-ion battery packs is designed to continually monitor the lithium-ion
cells and other vital components. It offers overcharge/over-discharge protection, fault monitoring, battery health estimates,
battery current/voltage detection, and a low cost/low power consumption feature.

Most importantly, we use the relay scheme , which can make the battery more powerful through higher current.

Q1: what is your MOQ?

A: Any quantity is welcome, exact ones based on the order status.

Q2: what is your guarantee life for the battery?

A: 3 years shelf life for LiFePO4 battery.

Q3. Can you explain in detail how you match cells for a battery pack before you assembling the pack?

A: We will do the following things before assembling the pack:

a. Select capacity: same capacity rate cells for one pack

b. Measure the voltage: same voltage cells for one pack(difference is under 0.02 v per cell)

c. Measure the inner resistance: same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1 mOhm)

All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.

Q4: Before order, can I have samples for testing?

A: Yes, we can provide you samples for testing firstly.

Q5: What kind of environment should lithium batteries store?

A: -40°C~50°C, 65±20%RH storage for a long time(>3 months) and the storage condition shall be:<35°C , 65±20%RH

Q6: What certificate do you have?

A:CE,FCC,CB,KC,SGS, Rohs, IEC62133 MSDS & UN38.3..

Q7: Can you ship the battery products to our country?

A: yes,we have MSDS, UN doc to show Airline company & Ocean company to ship battery.

Q8: What is your payment and delivery items & time?

A: 1. Payment items: By T/T , 30% for deposit, and balance all before shipment. For small amount, we also accept payment via Western Union or Alibaba .

2. Delivery Items: we can ship the batteries by sea, by air, by UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and some special transportation lines. 3. Delivery time: Generally, it will take 7 to 15 days after receiving your advanced payment.

Sample : 3-5days without specified requirements, Big Order: 5-18days. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
