The KF300 CEMS is composed of sub-systems, including gaseous pollutants (SO2,NOX,O2,HCL,HF, etc.) monitoring sub-system, particulate pollutant (flue dust) monitoring sub-system, flue gas environmental parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity) monitoring sub-system and data acquisition and processing sub-system.
The system has such functions as real-time data transmission, report statistics and graphic data analysis, realizing an unattended operation at the worksite. The whole system has a simple structure, strong real-time capability, flexible networking performance, and low operation cost. The system adopts the modular structure, easy to assemble and able to realize data communication with enterprise’s internal DCS and environment departments.

The core component of the KF300 CEMS is the KF100 Analyzer , which is developed based on the UV absorption spectroscopy technology and chemometric algorithms, and can be used to measure the concentration of SO2, NOx, O2, NH3, Cl2, O3, H2S and other gases. With high accuracy, high reliability, fast response, and wide applicability, it is used in online environmental monitoring, industrial control, security monitoring and other occasions. The performance indicators of the KF100 series have reached or exceeded those of other domestic and foreign competing products.


Technical Features:


● The analyzer gets the UV absorption spectrum from the following optical technology platform that consists of a light source, a
gas chamber, fiber optics, a spectrometer (including a diaphragm, holographic gratings, and a linear array detector) and other
optical components.

● The UV-visible light emitted from the light source enters into the gas chamber through the optical window, where it is absorbed
by the sample gas flowing through the gas chamber. Then the light carrying the absorption information of the tested sample gas is
converged by a lens and coupled into the optical fiber. After the light is transmitted into the spectrometer through the optical
fiber for light splitting and sampling, the absorption spectrum of the gas can be obtained.

● By using the DOAS technology to analyze the spectrum, the concentration of relevant contents in the gas can be analyzed.
