EPS foam board - also known as polystyrene foam board, EPS board is a white object that is heated and formed in a mold by heating expandable polystyrene beads containing a volatile liquid foaming agent. The structural characteristics of micro-closed holes are mainly used for building walls, roof insulation, composite board insulation, cold storage, air conditioning, vehicles, ship insulation, floor heating, decoration and so on.
EPS sandwich composite board must use polyurethane type adhesive. It has the advantages of good initial tack, single component, fast curing at room temperature, good water resistance, strong adhesion, environmental protection, non-toxicity and high transparency.
SPC-1002 two-component adhesive is dedicated to the machine production line and it is widely used in the Color Steel Sandwich Panel (especially EPS CORE).
The reaction speed of SPC-1002 can be adjusted according to the working temperature and the speed of the operation car.

Application Explanation
Polyurethane glue can be used in all kind of sandwich panel to bond steel plate to Polystyrene foam then bond to color plate.
According to client's differents requirements of packaging, we have three types packaging of polyurethane glue.
25 kg packaging barrel is suitable for customers who only want to buy some polyurethane sealant for sample and test.
50 kg packaging drum is suitable for those small sandwich panel manufacturers whose productivity is not too high.
100 kg packaging barrel is suitable for big sandwich panel walls factorys who need amount of bonding glue for sandwich panel roof and wall.
1. The liquid polyurethane glue must be stored in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and away from heat and water. The lid must be tightly closed after use.
2. In the case of sealing, the shelf life of this product is 1 year (excluding catalyst). If it is more than 1 year, it can be used after passing the test.
3. Urethane adhesive should be properly sealed and stored in a well ventilated area at room temperature (15-25 ° C). Storage at low temperatures (less than 10 ° C) may cause crystallization; therefore, this material must be protected from frost. If crystallization occurs, the material should be heated to 70-80 ° C to melt it. It is strictly prohibited to heat locally and then thoroughly stirred before use.
