Dextrose is purified and crystallized D-glucose anhydrous, or contains a molecule of crystal water. White odorless crystalline granules or crystalline powder. Sweet, 69% of the sweetness of sucrose. Soluble in water easily soluble in boiling water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Natural products widely exist in various plant tissues, honey, etc.
