How should I do when got the goods are not in very good condition?
1.We check every item carefully before we ship.
2. After you received the goods, found the goods are damaged(except the damage by transit), please provide the photo for us within 15 days. We will use new product to replace damaged freely or refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom Duty Note:
1.Buyer need to bear import tax and other custom fee, if occur. But we can make lower price and declare "gift" or "sample" in INV, as buyers' requirement.
