Through extruding, the degraded protein is easy to be absorbed, meanwhile, with relevant palatability supplementary project, the production process can fulfill the chewing feel of pets.
It can produce various pet foods such as dog feed, dog chew, cat feed, fish feed, and aquatic feed.
Ingredients to use :
corn meal, soya meal, fish meal, meat and bone meal, addtives, fresh meat etc.

1. Mixer to mix the ingredients
2. screw conveyor to transfer the mixed ingredients to the extruder
3. Extruder to produce the pet dog food food under high temperature and high pressure.
4. Air conveyor to transfer the pet dog food to oven
5. Oven : to reduce the moisture from the pet dog food.
6. Flavoring machine to coat the animal fat to pet dog the food.
7. Packing machine to pack the pet dog food to packages.
