Roll grinding is a specialized form of cylindrical grinding and precision grinding of various kinds of rolls. Shandong Xinfa Abrasive's Roll Grinding wheels give excellent finish and are used in grinding work rolls and back-up rolls used in Hot Mills, Cold Mills, Sendzimer Mills, Aluminium Mill, grinding chrome plated rolls and rubber rolls.
Product Paramenters
Most roll grinding wheels are type 1 ranging from 14"(355mm) to 42"(1065mm) diameter and 1.97"(38mm) to 6"(150mm) thickness.Also, the bonding material is normally Resinoid Bonded but some times Vitrified Bonded wheel is used.The max speed can be up to 60m/s.
