We are a manufacturer of Surgical & Dental instruments field for more than 30 years, and began to develop to the global market in 2007, supply surgical, dental, ENT, Gynecology, beauty & Veterinary Instruments.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small order?

We can accept small order, as we want to develop a long-term business relationship with you.
MOQ is depend on Product. Can be negotiate.
3. What's your company Sample policy?
A:
we always offer FREE SAMPLES of no commercial value for the test purpose of quality, If customer agrees to give his own courier account number otherwise freight charges is to be collected.
4. how can you guarantee quality?
A:
Always a pre-production sample before mass production.
Always final Inspection before shipment.
5. why should we buy from you not from other suppliers?
A:
We can produce any instrument as per customer requirements/design/drawing. To capture the market share, we assist our customers by keeping stock of his required items and also offer him credit facility without an extra charges.
6. Can you make Modification in Product?

Yes. You can get Production of Instruments as per your requirements/design/counter samples. We can make any changes/modification in Product as per Customer demand.
7. What is your payment term?
A:
Our Payment term is 30% advance and balance before delivery.
L/C (Letter of Credit), L/C is used for the larger quantity order shipped by sea/cargo and total amount over US$ 5000.
Payment Type: T/T, Money Gram,Credit Card, Western Union, Cash;
8. How long is the delivery time?
A:
About 21~30 working days after receiving the down payment. Faster delivery time can be arranged if needed according to Order.
9. Can you ship goods to my country? How long it will take? Who is the agent I should contact to track the shipment?

Yes, we can arrange the shipment. We would like to check the freight cost and shipping time after provide Your address detail & Order Quantity/weight. We have stable freight forwarder for arranging cargo shipment, we will track the cargo and send you the shipping timetable after goods on board.
10. I don't know the product material or any material information, how can i order this from you.
