Frozen Meat Grinder Machine
Meat grinder is a highly versatile and widely used meat processing equipment in the meat production industry. It can directly process boneless meat pieces at -18°C into particles of different diameters. The frozen meat grinder relies on a screw to push the raw meat in the hopper box to the pre-cutting plate. Through the rotation and extrusion of the screw, the orifice plate and the reamer rotate relative to each other, thereby mincing the meat. Break the raw meat into particles to ensure the uniformity of the meat filling. It can crush lump meat (frozen meat) and food into particles of 6-24mm. Through different combinations of orifice plates, different meat fillings with ideal requirements can be achieved.
